The fic I got was
To Measure by Little Raven. It's about the völva of Norse mythology. I wish it'd been longer, but it's great as it is.
I wrote five fics for a total of 12 732 words.
The Hawk and the Bat, 6 587 words, DCU - Comicverse/Marvel 616 (Stephanie Brown, Kate Bishop)
This fic was my main assignment. I originally thought I had matched on both fandoms/characters so I had to write a fic with both, but then realised it wasn't the case. I still really liked the idea of a Batgirl/Hawkeye team-up, so I wrote it anyway. I had a moment of panic when amathela said she preferred 'always in the same universe' crossovers to 'displaced to new universe' crossovers, but since she didn't object, Ifigured that meant I was good to go. the villain in this fic is based half on an idea I had a long time ago and half sort of on the 2008 film Mirrors.
Prom Night, 878 words, Locke & Key (Kinsey Locke)
As soon as I saw akerwis' request for Locke & Key fic, I thought to myself that I was writing them a fic, because there are not enough Locke & Key fic on the Internet and it is one of my favourite fandoms. This isn't the only idea for a fic in that fandom I had but it was the only one I could see coming in at under 5k. It's also my first time writing a "Four times" fic.
19 steps to restore someone's stolen property, 3 461 words, Young Justice (Zatanna Zatara, Artemis Crock)
I originally started this story as a treat then stopped working on it when I didn't have the time to keep reading the Kalevala. I personally think it shows in the ways that I more-or-less drop the metric halfway through to pick it up again later. It came up late on the pinch-hit list, so I picked it up, because Zatanna is awesome and I already had a head start.
In the end, 538 words, Journey into Mystery (Leah)
Lilacsigil did me a good turn by beta-ing 'Highway to hell', but I had written this earlier. I'm glad I was able to repay her, this way. Also, I thought Leah deserved a happy ending.
Highway to Hell , 1 268 words, X-Factor (Comics) / Marvel 616 (Layla Miller, Lorna Dane, Illyana Rasputin)
This was the other pinch-hit I did. It came up really late on the pinch-hit list too. I'm quite proud of it, even though Layla is hard to write. But fun! This fic is a sort of attempt to explain where Illyana is in the Hell on Earth War arc because she's nowhere to be seen and as a queen of Limbo and former teammate/friend of Rahne, it's a bit weird. I realise that it's because X-Factor is somewhat separate from the main Marvel 616 timeline, or at the very least, self-contained. I just wanted to see it adressed in-text.
Hopefully, I'll be able to put up a rec post later, when RL has died down a bit.

Stephanie Brown's fight with gravity carries on into the next universe.

On their way to the drowning cave, Kinsey and her friends each have an idea about what lies behind the doors. One of them is right. (The question, of course, is: which one?)

Zatanna and Artemis take a road-trip through the realms of Suomi on the say-so of a witch.

This is what happens to Leah, after.

Layla Miller and Lorna Dane track down the woman who would have been Queen of Hell.
